Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. It is likely that we will have been in touch with you before shipping regarding your framing and mounting requirements. If not you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Your prints will come securely packaged in recycled & recyclable materials. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer a £6 flat rate postage & packing to all UK destinations.   

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.  However, we would recommend getting in touch regarding packaging as you may prefer your print unmounted and packaged in a roll tube. This ensures greater safety during delivery, plus allows you to choose the mount and frame that suits your décor preferences.

International shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination.  If we are advised your purchase will be more than 14 days in delivery we will let you know.

Rest of the World



Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bloemen & Blue is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

At this time, we do not ship to Cyanotype Kits to the USA. 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I want you to be entirely happy with your print.  However, in the unfortunate case that you are not, please contact as soon as possible.  Please do not send the product back without first contacting me.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Unfortunately Gift cards are non-refundable.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and if possible a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
